Candidates must be current or recent college graduates in either an undergrad or graduate program. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, and reside in a state that Dutch Bros currently operates. At this time, unfortunately DB is not able to accept working visas.

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

We appreciate your enthusiasm for the company! Since all shops are locally operated, we can’t give you a specific timeline. Once local management reviews all applications, applicants who made it to the next round will be contacted. For all HQ positions, once the job posting has closed, a representative from our Human Resources team will contact applicants.
